By electronically signing this agreement, customer agrees to the terms and conditions and warrants that the person signing has full authority to enter into this Agreement and/or sign this Agreement on behalf of a corporate or like business entity.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by Hieline Mobility Solutions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and customer is responsible for shipping cost. All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Product must be in its original packaging.
• Product must be in its original new condition with no indication of usage.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
– Restocking Fee:
15% restocking fee (minimum $25) is applied to all items when returned.
– Important Note:
Returned items without RMA number will not be credited. Please call us @ 1-818-462-8244 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Items must be returned within 14 days of RMA date.
– Return Shipping Charges:
Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless Hieline Mobility Solutions made an error. Please make sure that your item is shipped to proper address. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees if the item is shipped to the wrong address. Additional shipping fees may apply for missed pickup.
– Damaged and Defective Items:
If your item is defective or damaged during delivery, please do not use RMA.

– Cancelled Orders:
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must follow these procedures:
• Accept delivery
• Obtain an RMA Number
• Ship the item back
– Refused Delivery:
If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply.
Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
– Issuing Credit:
Once your return is received, Hieline Mobility Solutions will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 30 days
– Used Equipment:
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of purchase date for store credit.
Customer is responsible for the payment of any and all fees incurred by merchant (i.e. attorney’s fees, court costs, transportation, collection costs, etc.) in the recovery or attempt at recovery of purchase price, credit card chargeback, and/or NSF checks.
All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories. If they are not, Hieline Mobility Solutions reserves the right to refuse the return. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund less restocking fee within the allowed return period. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of return.
